Luke Baker is the lead pastor at Element Church, where he has served for the past two and half years. Luke seeks to guide our church to a deeper understanding of the scripture and into a closer relationship with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Luke and his wife Mary have recently experienced the loss of their eldest son and will be taking a leave of absence from the church while they grieve. Please pray for them.

Shawn Marzan is one of the elders for Element Church, where he began serving in this capacity in August of 2025. He has been a long time member of the church and seeks to guide the church and congregation to a deeper understanding of the scriptures and to a closer relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ. He also serves as a teacher in the Children's Ministry, on the prayer team, the administration team, and the set up crew.

Chris Graham is an elder of Element Church and has served in this capacity since August of 2025. He has been a member of the church for several years and seeks to help it grow by assisting in discipleship and church administration. He also serves on the worship team, administration team, and the set up crew. Chris and his wife Whitney help run one of the small groups at Element Church, which happens on every other Sunday after church.

Keelie Smith is the Children's Ministry leader at Element Church, where she has served for several years. Keelie seeks to guide our children to the Lord through the teaching of scripture in Sunday School. She serves on the administration team, set up crew, manages our social media accounts, and performs announcements.

John Williams is the logistics manager for Element church, where he has served in this capacity for several years. John is a long time member of Element Church and has sought to support the church by managing the church's equipment and supplies. John also serves on the worship team, the set up crew, and the administration team. John and his wife Liz host one of the small groups in their home every Thursday evening from 5:30pm to 7:30pm.
